  • •  You will receive first-hand notification for the new launch product.
  • •  We are a company from Taiwan, but we have a branch office in Bukit Mertajam, Penang.

  • •  Only available for MOLPAY(Online Bank Transfer) and PAYPAL recently.

  • •  To cancel or modify your order, please contact us with the MYFEEL Asia Fanpage.
  • •  New orders will be based on the current inventory and discounts on the website.
  • •  You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • •  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging as the same condition that you received it, and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • •  Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • •  If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
  • •  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • •  You have a warranty period to return a defective item from the date of invoice.
  • •  To be eligible for a return, your item must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • •  Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your warranty claim after inspecting the item.
  • •  If your warranty is approved, we will initiate a new goods exchange within a certain amount of days. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item while we are responsible for paying the shipping costs when we deliver the exchanged goods to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The new goods exchange can only be claimed once for each product.
  • •  The product will be shipped according to the date shown on the website.
  • •  You will get notified with email after we send out the parcel.
  • •  Products are shipped from Malaysia or Taiwan according to different projects.
    •   º  For domestic parcels, shipping time will be 3-7 working days.
    •   º  For international parcels from Taiwan, shipping time will be 5-15 working days using air freight. And 30-45 working days for sea freight.
  • •  All orders are free shipping to Malaysia.
  • •  You can modify the shipping information before the parcel is shipped out.
